We are an Internet Strategy company based in Newport, South Wales (UK) looking to help business thrive on-line.
woooh! that sounds fancy! what the diddly is ‘Internet Strategy’ about?
Good question!
And to answer that we need to jump back in time a bit (Tardis anyone?). A few years ago, if asked, I’d have probably described ourselves by saying something like “we do web design, on-line marketing – that kind of thing” – you can almost predict when people’s eyes would glaze over. It felt wrong saying it but I didn’t know why…
A bigger problem though was this: it was just plain wrong (but we didn’t know it at the time).
Wrong-o-la!
Allow me to explain…
YES we definitely DO the following (and we do them well!)

- web applications (database/fancy stuff)
- on-line marketing
- social networking/media
- email marketing
- search engine optimisation
- …etc
BUT! (…and this is a BIG ‘but’!)
The above list are simply “outputs” of what we do – they are the delicious cakes which emerge hot from the oven after we’ve rolled up our sleeves, mixed in the magical ingredients and given it all a good whisking.
Web design etc are the end results of a clear and strategic planning & delivery process. It’s the process itself where we really add value for our clients.
….and that’s where the strategy comes in
We take the time to sit down with clients and to thoroughly understand their businesses. A deep understanding of their target audience, their products & services etc is absolutely crucial if we are going to identify a clear road map for how their business should be using the Internet.
We then select the correct puzzle pieces and put them together so it forms a clear, strategic picture.
Best of all, we’re in it for the long run.
As you can hopefully see – we’re not just about cranking out websites. We want our clients to thrive on-line. Which means we’re there each step of the way to help them develop and flourish as the Internet game unfolds in front of them.
